Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment to complete a new client form.
A reminder text or email is sent out to you 1 day prior to your appointment. If we don't hear from you we take that as a confirmed appointment. If you need to cancel please contact us via text, email or call.
We understand some last minute situations may arise from time to time but our appointments are reserved especially for you. Any last minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call, text or email us.
We understand some situation arise where you may be running late. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals but please note that we cannot always make it happen. If you are running more than 10mins late please give us a call to see if we can still make your appointment happen otherwise we will offer the next available appointment. If you are driving, please allow ample time for traffic and parking. We recommend parking at summer hill plaza or street parking also available.
We love children and understand that its not always viable for parents to get pampered child free. We are more than accomodating to have kids accompany you whilst having a brow service. Unfortunately lash services requires you to have your eyes closed and we kindly ask that you come child free. We want to ensure that we maintain a safe environment for all which will enable us to give you our best.
We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service to ensure we provide a seamless service with getting you in and out on time.
